All products offered for sale by DermatologyAlliance are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities on any order or decline all or part of an order without prior notice. If an error occurs, we may correct it, adjust your order (including the price), or cancel the order and refund any amounts charged. Product prices are subject to change at any time. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, customs fees, or other governmental charges (“Taxes”) related to your purchase. DermatologyAlliance will collect applicable Taxes when required and will provide an estimate at checkout unless otherwise specified. Actual Taxes charged may vary due to system calculations or changes in tax rates. In certain jurisdictions, you may be required to report and remit taxes directly if we do not collect them.
Only accepted payment methods may be used to complete purchases through our platform. By submitting payment details, you confirm authorization to use your selected payment method. You authorize us to charge the full amount of your order, including applicable taxes, shipping, and handling fees. If your payment method is declined, we will attempt to process the transaction until successful. DermatologyAlliance and its third-party payment processors may receive updated payment details from your card issuer (e.g., updated numbers or expiration dates) and may use such information for future transactions unless you opt out directly with your card issuer. We are not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or card issuer.
If certain items in your order are unavailable, charges will apply only to the shipped items, including applicable Taxes and fees. You may be required to provide transaction-related information such as billing and shipping addresses, contact information, and payment card details. By submitting this information, you authorize DermatologyAlliance and its third-party partners to use it for processing and facilitating the transaction.
All transactions are processed through our third-party payment provider. For details regarding their policies, including privacy and security measures, please refer to their website. DermatologyAlliance maintains a strictly contractual relationship with these vendors, which does not imply agency, partnership, or other fiduciary relationships.
Shipping and handling charges are displayed during checkout and are subject to change at any time, with notice provided before purchase. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. The risk of loss transfers to the buyer once the order is handed over to the carrier unless otherwise specified.
We address user concerns on a case-by-case basis and reserve the right to resolve issues at our sole discretion, taking the specific circumstances into account.
Termination
DermatologyAlliance reserves the right to terminate your access to the platform, features, or services at any time without prior notice. This may occur due to violations of the Terms, termination of agreements with third-party providers, or service discontinuation. Provisions regarding security, liability, intellectual property, and dispute resolution will remain in effect following termination.
If your access is terminated, you may not attempt to regain access to the platform under any other name or account. Violations of this restriction may result in liability for damages to DermatologyAlliance. Except as required by law or outlined in our Privacy Policy, we are not obligated to return or provide access to any information you submitted to us after termination.
Refunds
Orders must be canceled before processing begins. Subscription cancellations must be made at least seven days prior to renewal. Refunds are not available for orders already in progress.
